"Amor Fati"
...is a Latin phrase that may be translated as "love of fate" or "love of one's fate".
It describes an attitude of embracing everything that happens — including pain, failure, and loss — as not just acceptable, but essential.

Athletic Beginnings: The Foundation
One of the first chapters that shaped who I am started in the world of professional sport - on the badminton court.
I competed as a professional athlete, representing Romania’s national team and later playing for clubs in Austria’s first and second league. The discipline, intensity, and focus that sports demanded laid the foundation for my mindset and work ethic today.
This world of professional sport taught me that:
-
Discipline isn’t just about sticking to a schedule — is showing up even when it’s hard.
-
Perseverance isn't simply enduring —is finding the strength to push forward even after every setback.
-
Excellence isn’t about perfection — it’s about showing up with purpose and vision every day.
-
Goal-setting isn’t just about achievement — it’s about having a vision that inspires action.
The thrill of competition, the intensity of training, and the pursuit of excellence shaped my character in profound ways.
These lessons became values for a lot I do today. These values are now woven into my coaching: helping clients set bold goals, build resilience, and take meaningful action.
Turning Points and Leadership Lessons
I started my career journey in Romania, first in the business of some family members and later in the corporate world.
However, a lack of direction, poor habits, financial struggles due to lack of financial education, overwhelmed by tasks, mounting stress - led me to burnout and an autoimmune disorder diagnosis. I was lost — physically, mentally, and emotionally...
Being in my early 20s, I realised that I needed a change, I made the bold decision to start over and move to Austria. I began at the ground level — as a construction worker and later as a waiter — rebuilding not only my life but my identity.
🧭 The Turning Point:
I was determined to regain my health, so I devoted all my free time to a holistic, science-based approach. Nearly a year later, I fully recovered — and redirected that same energy into personal development.
While working on construction sites, I returned to one of my passions: badminton. I played competitively again, this time for clubs in Austria’s second and first leagues.
Adapting to a new culture also meant starting from zero — including learning German from scratch. I immersed myself in the language, the culture, and the possibilities ahead. I worked hard, studied harder, stayed curious, and kept growing.
Fueled by determination and a hunger for progress, I eventually moved into management roles at globally operating companies based in Vienna, Austria.
🔑 From Power to Purpose:
As I gained status and appreciation for my work, I also had to learn an invaluable lesson: how to manage the power I held over the people
I led. It became clear that being "a boss" wasn’t the way for me — I wanted to grow into something greater, into a true leader.
This meant learning a new kind of leadership — one rooted in purpose, built on trust, driven by collaboration, and guided by empathy and growth.
On this journey I discovered the profound impact of:
-
self-care, resilience and prioritising what truly matters
-
the value of determination, adaptability and patience
-
human connection, empathy, collaboration.
Looking back, I see how every challenge I faced prepared me for the work I do today—helping other people unlock their potential, shift their perspective and create lasting change.
3 Years, 40+ Countries, Countless Moments and People:
The World as My Greatest Teacher
I’ve been traveling since the age of twelve, taking part in professional sports competitions around Europe. But the bigger idea of traveling the world has always been deeply rooted in me, like a quiet whisper calling me to explore beyond the horizon. Even as a child, I dreamed of faraway places, imagining the stories and lessons they held....
Over time, this calling grew stronger and became central to my identity, fuelling my curiosity, desire for exploration, deep need for understanding, and sense of adventure.
🪂 The Leap
In 2022, I finally gave this dream a "go." Together with my fiancée, we quit our jobs in Vienna, sold and donated nearly everything we owned, except a few clothes and some kitchen essentials - just in case we’d return after a few weeks :) - and packed only what we could carry. What was meant to be a one-year trip around the world turned into a life-changing journey.
We stepped into uncertainty with nothing but backpacks, a hard-earned budget which we thought at that time that it will be sufficient :), mixed emotions, but strong curiosity and a deep trust in life.
What began as a quest for places became something much bigger — a quest for meaning...
🔭 Into the Unknown
Every place we visited revealed more than just beauty. It uncovered stories, emotions, perspectives, struggles and triumphs that deepened our understanding of what it means to be human.
We shared meals with locals in remote villages. We slept under stars in deserts and on boats. We walked through bustling cities and unfamiliar terrains. We missed planes or busses but we made new friends in different places over the world. We navigated language barriers and cultural contrasts — and in doing so, we discovered lessons no classroom could ever offer:
-
Resilience through discomfort and challenges
-
Adaptability in face of uncertainty
-
The profound beauty of human connection and cultural diversity.
🪷 Lessons Beyond the Map
I learned to see the world through new eyes — to meet the people where they are and honour the richness of their experiences.
This journey shaped not only how I approach life but also how I want to help others grow - they taught me the incredible potential that exists in every human being.
It became an extraordinary masterclass in empathy, humility, and connection — a vivid reminder that, despite our differences, there’s something deeply human that unites us all.
And what was meant to last one year has now become three — and the journey is still unfolding. It has grown into something far greater — it‘s about:
-
To meet life fully and with intention
-
To create a lifestyle rooted in presence, purpose and continuous discovery
-
To choose courage over comfort
-
To navigate life with genuine authenticity.
With open eyes, an open mind, and an open heart — wherever I am, I’m home.
New Beginnings: Empowering Transformation
I’ve always been drawn to personal development — immersing myself in learning, self-discovery, and tools that deepen my understanding of myself and others. During my journey around the world, I followed that calling even further, diving deep into the world of personal growth. Along the way, I became certified in professional coaching and training, communication science, personality structure, and neuromindfulness.
🌍 Evolving to Give Back
My goal? To keep evolving — and to give back by helping others pursue their dreams and navigate their own transformations with clarity, courage, and support.
Today, I coach with structure and science-backed methods — guided by empathy, grounded presence, and real-world experience.
My approach is shaped by a global perspective and a deep belief in human potential.
🌱Every challenge holds the seed of growth
I’ve learned that true growth begins when we step outside our comfort zones, ask the right questions, and dare to explore what’s possible.
My role is to create a safe and supportive space for deep self-discovery and meaningful change. A space where you can reconnect with what truly matters and take courageous, aligned action toward your next chapter.
If you’re ready to embrace your journey of transformation, I’d be honored to be part of your story.
